A couple of Salvation questions here?
We can't lose our salvation once were saved so what about those people that are saved that don't act like they're saved. They continue on there sinful path what about them? Can you say they were truly saved? Finally, someone brought up the argument that we can lose our salvation because of how Lucifer fell from grace and he was Gods favorite. So, what about that? Thanks.

By their fruits ye shall know them.
It's Black or White you are saved or you are not. No in betweens.
Mark 13:13
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Matthew 24:9-14
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Matthew 7:22-23
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
2 Thessalonians 2:3
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
If once saved? there tells me there is a falling away. You have got to have something to fall away from.
Luke 8:4-15
4 And when much people were gathered together, and were come to him out of every city, he spake by a parable: 5 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. 6 And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. 7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. 8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? 10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.
11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. 13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. 14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. 15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
1Peter 4:18
18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? 19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
Ezekiel 33:18
When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and comitteth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.
Ezekiel 33:15
If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the staturtes of life, without committing iniquity: he shall surely live, he shall not die.
Luke 8:13
They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
2 Timothy 4:10
because Demas, having fallen in love with this present world, has abandoned me and has gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia.
Demas traveled with Paul but he loved the things of the world.

Paul warned that we COULD lose our salvation, 1 cor. 9:27
Also Peter warned us 2 Peter 2:20,notice it says they were entangled in it AGAIN, meaning they were once set free from their sins.
Hebrews 10:26-29 also warns us as well.
However we know sinners are NOT a part of thew body of CHRIST correct?
You must be born again.
JESUS said I AM the vine YOU are branches in John 15:1-6 and warned that if we did NOT continue to abide in HIM and produce the fruit of the SPIRIT we would be broken off, whither up and die and be gathered up and BURNED in the end.
There is a lot more to this.
Also the verse from Corinthians where it talks about rewards being burned up, this is not to atone for sin,if it was then JESUS died for nothing, it is not talking about backsliding because Paul is merely telling them to be careful about HOW they build on the foundation, a backslider is NOT building on the foundation, they have forsaken the foundation, big difference.Paul was merely telling them to make sure that what they are doing is GOD'S will and not their own ideas.
Next it talks about the one "being given over to satan for the destruction fo the flesh so the sould MAY(might be,not WILL be) saved.

We can tell if a person is saved by the spiritual fruit they bear...if they continue to sin, then Jesus does not live in them.
Lucifer is a created being...not human. Salvation is given to mankind.

If the demonstration of truth and goodness is not happening in this age, then salvation is not attained yet. If one lapses back into evil beliefs, then it becomes much harder to get straight again with divine Love, and the path back is not a pretty thing.

When people talk aboout being saved they assume it is a free gift to everyone which is only partially true. All man kind will be saved by Christ from death. Through his resurrection Christ opened the gate for us to live again too. We will all be able to live in our bodies even after we die. However this life after death will not be the same for everyone. Christ paid for all our sins but that does not mean that everyone will benifit from this gift. It is up to us to live to the very best of our ability and to repent of our sins when we do mess up. Most people think that "accepting Christ" is enough to get them to heaven. It is not. We must continue on throughout our entire life doing not just good but our best and constantly asking for forgiveness when we need to.
So in conclusion lol we are all saved from death but our life after death depends on how we choose to live life here

well of those ppl who were 'saved' but didn't act like they were saved, then they weren't really saved in the first place. God wants everyone to be saved, but he gives us a choice. we have to choose to accept God and live in his ways to truly be saved. i'm not saying they are bad ppl, i'm only saying that they haven't truly accepted God in their hearts. Also, God still loved Lucifer, but he chose his own path. he chose to defy God. So, he could have been saved, but he chose not to be. hope that helps.

You are saved when you don't think to sin on purpose. Someone that is saved would try and live their life as Jesus did.

Concercning those who are positive about being saved and act on a sinful path Please advise them of this verse from the Bible from
Luke:13 27-28
‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’ 27 But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’ 28 There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out."
These people thought they were going to heavern but when they met God they were in for a sad surpirse. This verse is absolute proof that it is possible to think that you are saved but are not saved after all.
The only true way to know we are saved is when we are in heaven which is why Phillipiians 2:12 says to "Work out your salvation with fear and trembling."
Because you do not know if your saved until God in heaven lets you in the gates of heaven, so dont be so sure of yourself while on Earth. As long as you are alive you still must fight the good fight.
As far as losing your salvation and getting to heaven and then falling, this is impossible because God makes us incapable of evil when we are allowed into heaven. We are made pure and given a glorified body.
Thinking your already saved beofre God judges you is like a sports player assuming he won the ball game in the 7th inning. So that player and his team start getting cocky and before you know it the other team comes back and wins just like evil can creep up in a persons life and actions if they are not mindful and act to stop it.Matthew 7:21-23 (New International Version)
21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' 23Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
What is the will of the father? First and foremost, it is to obey the ten commandments. The people who thought they were going to heaven did not do the will of the father (obey the ten commandments) and were thus not allowed into heaven. So what hope is there fo us that sin? Proverbs 28:13 (New International Version)
13 He who conceals his sins does not prosper,
but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
In conclusion we are to do Gods will to get into heaven. When we break a commandment we are to confess and forsake that sin in order to be forgiven. It is possible to think your once saved always saved and not confessing and forsaking sins (which we all do sin) and keep sinning recklessly and be like one of the unfortunate people in this verse so take heed:
21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' 23Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
God Bless you hope this helped.
