why are all the comments on youtube not showing?

well i noticed that there's an option button next to the text comments place and if you click it it says you can choose to hide certain things in the comments such as "hide objectionable words" or "hide all comments" and i click where it says "show all" an then it shows all the comments but as soon as go watch another video all the comments are gone. i'm getting tired of it.. so can anyone please help?
