Who is the worst defender Thurston or Soward?

Well lets see.

Most of Soward's tackles are lollypop, meaning he just finishes off tackles Beau Scott did. Jamie defends in centre position.

Thurston defends at 2nd row position so he gets much more traffic at him. He hits harder and he doesn't need a bodyguard i.e Tonie Carroll and Lockyer, and Beau Scott and Soward.

Soward. Thurston can actually tackle without the likes of Beau Scott standing outside him.

Wow! I thought Thurston was the better one but after I looked at Thurston's stats in Ryan's link, Soward is the better defender.

Jamie soward is the worser defender of the two its just that teams are not clever enough to send players his way, look what taylor did when he ran his way on friday, thurston is better defender of the two in my opinion.

Soward, did you see how he defended against Big Taylor on Friday night?? Even him and Sailor couldn't stop the powering Taylor from scoring a try...

I prefer Thurstan much better.

Thurston doesn't have Beau Scott covering for him in defence.

Soward is the worst defender of the two.

Soward. Both hopeless at defense but Soward slightly more so.

Can't knock Soward's attacking game... awesome!

Defence isn't either one's forte but last night Soward was brushed away like a fly.

I thought Thurston was a good defender.
