Be careful of pulling pranks on little brothers (or sisters). Younger siblings often come with parental protection, so a harmless prank can backfire on you by bringing the wrath of Mom and Dad down on your shoulders. You are going to have deactivate this ticking bomb carefully.

Make regular time to play with Bro. You shouldn't have to take him every time but do make a regular habit of spending time with him. Make sure you do things he likes to do as much as things you like to do. Bonus - Mom and Dad may very well provide money to do these activities - that normally come out of your allowance...

Talk to your parents about what to do to help make Bro less annoying. You should be entitled to a private space - even if it's just a locked trunk where you put your private belongings. That's not an unreasonable request. He needs to learn that many times the answer is "no" and that he needs to respect that too.

This isn't an easy thing at all. Siblings will always share conflict - even the Judeo/Christian Bible points out where siblings don't agree (Cain and Abel, Easau and Jacob etc.) So sibling conflict is as old as mankind. But with patience and maturity (on both your parts) you two can have a great relationship and maybe even become best friends.

i have a 9 year old little brother, so I have some pretty good ideas.

1. While he's sleeping put makeup on him and then video tape it and put it on youtube!! I've done it before and I got 3,000,0000 million hits.

Another good one is if he has freckles do connect the dots on his face or any where.

At dinner or lunch, when he leaves, pour something into his food that's not detectable, but heavy in taste.
