Can I use an at&t phone if I have a t-mobile sim card?
I have the Samsung propel and I want to be able to unlock it so that I can use it, but I have T-mobile instead of at&t. Does anyone know how I can get past the Network lock?

You can use it, but you'll have to call AT&T to unlock it. They will do it for free. Once it's unlocked, just place your sim in. You should be able to immediately make calls. SMS may require you to change the Service Center Number, which is +12063130004 (yes, include the +). You can call T-Mobile and ask for Tier 3 Device Support for MMS and Internet setup. They handle non T-Mobile devices on the network.

Go on eBay. Unlock code will cost under $4. Enter unlock code and off you go.
