    In effects like in all their wars, English have won with l' deceit, promising lands and wealth to the Indian populations that formed an alliance with they and then not maintaining as usual the pacts

    The cost, in both money and manpower, of fighting the war was much much more than the British had anticipated, putting them in major debt.

    Many members of Parliament believed that the colonists should split the bill. As consequence, the Americans saw much more British interference in their politics and economy than ever before.

    This led to a number of taxes and acts that fuel support for the Revolution.
