you need to relax and not pump, let the baby do the sucking. your body knows that the pump is not natural. it will come soon, remember your baby's tummy is VERY tiny right now, so the milk you are getting is more than likely making her full. and try feeding every 2 hours, also make sure she is latching on correctly. your baby will get it out just don't stress about it. my milk didn't REALLY flow till like 6 or 7 days after she was born, but she was fulfilled.

It can take 3-5 days for your milk to fully come in after giving birth. If they are full feeling and rock hard then chances are your milk is in. This is how mine felt at first too.
Pumping isn't a good indication of how much milk you have/how much you're producing so I wouldn't worry about that. Encourage your baby to latch on as much as possible to get your milk flowing and to create a supply. Try hand expressing some before you feed your baby so your nipple is easier for him/her to latch onto. You may also want to get into contact with a lactation consultant in your area.

It is much easier with a little help. Try to find a lactation consultant..many hospitals have free bf groups and you can go and see them, It realllly helps! Don't worry, your milk is still coming in. Baby is getting enough. Try to feed every 2 hours. Try to avoid giving baby a bottle so that there is no nipple confusion. When bf, try to relax, and relax your shoulders. Good luck and I hope it gets better. It is very easy once the baby learns how to latch on and nurse effeciently!

It sounds like you are engorged. The best thing to do is keep trying to feed your baby. To get the milk flowing, use warm compresses. But to have some relief, use cold compresses or keep trying to feed your baby. There's milk there if you're engorged!

I used ice pack on my breast. and took a warm shower to relieve the pain. Feed your baby and pretty soon everything will be fine. :D
