Christians a question for you..?
Would you still dedicate your time feeding the hungry, picking up trash, etc. if you didn't think God was watching & judging you? If God isn't watching what's the point right? There is nothing to fear if God doesn't pay attention. So would you still do the things previously mentioned?

Yes, definitely. Matthew 6:4 (Amplified Bible)
4So that your deeds of charity may be in secret; and your Father Who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Christianity is an umbrella term for any religion that involves Christ. For more info on the different beliefs about Jesus look on website GraceThruFaith and read article: "Seven Men Named Jesus".
Evangelical, Pentecostal, and Baptists and some other denominations believe salvation is a free gift, as it states in the Bible.
Works are filthy rags to God, so that no man can boast.
The idea of doing good for us comes from being filled with God's spirit, the Holy Spirit, which will lead us to what work God would like us to do and our love for God and His son.
that could be missionary work, charity, or being someone who sees a person in need and take action.
Please dont confuse all Christians as the same. We arent. And its sad that the ones most people are see are the ones that give a bad name. That is because they get attention in their radical actions and in their "works", while other christians just do what they are called to do without all the hoopla. We do it for God and not for attention. We are also the ones that live in peace with people.

Yes, because my conscious mind convicts me if I do not feed the hungry or pick up trash.
Simply, put I have my conscience, and the word 'Conscience' is translated from the Greek sy‧nei′de‧sis, which is drawn from syn (with) and ei′de‧sis (knowledge) and thus means co-knowledge, or knowledge with oneself. Conscience is a capacity to look at oneself and render judgment about oneself, bear witness to oneself. I believe, as the apostle Paul said “My conscience bears witness with me in holy spirit.”—Romans 9:1.
Conscience is inherent in man, having been made part of him by God. It is an inward realization or sense of right and wrong that excuses or accuses one. Hence, conscience judges. It also can be trained by the thoughts and acts, convictions and rules that are implanted in a person’s mind by study and experience.
If God isn't watching (and therefore 'judging' as you put it) at least my conscience is judging.
Nevertheless, I recognize that Jehovah God is the Originator of all righteous principles and laws (Jas 4:12) and is the basis of all holiness, any person or thing that is holy becomes so because of relationship with Jehovah and his worship. This is how my conscience is trained since, one cannot have understanding or wisdom unless he has knowledge of the Most Holy One. (Proverbs 9:10)

I definitely think He puts meaning into my life. We don't do good works just because we have to but because when you love God, you want to share that love. I God wasn't watching me, which He is, I would still want to make the world a better place and do the things previously mentioned. I might not be as motivated or successful but I would still want to help people.

Yes I Would still Not Lie, Cheat on My Girl, or Steal from People! I still Wouldn't Kill Anyone! Because God or No God I Feel These are the right things to Do!

Yes. I was born in Indonesia, where even upper-middle class people still s**t in holes and wash their faces in polluted rivers. I've also seen 2 people attempt to rebuild a bombed church on their own, and poor limbless people crawling on the sidewalk. What I try to do for the world I do in order to help those less fortunate than me. Does my believe in God play a role? Yes it does, but that's not the only reason.

Doing those things won't get you into heaven.
We are not saved by our works but by our faith.
We do these things out of love for people, not for a pat on the back from
God.
Besides, there is no amount of good that I can do that will cover all the bad things I have done.

God is always watching so your question is stupid. You have people who don't believe in God and they do all those things above. I just want to add picking up trash really sounds silly trying to relate it to God judging you.

There would be nothing alive, only raw elements, without God.
And God sees all; but if you could have such an arrangement of attributes, then of course morality would be nothing.
Sure, like a scientist, you could try to invent eternal life,
but that would be quite a challenge.

Sure I would, why because it is the decent thing to do, are you saying you don't care about the hungry, the poor, the hurting, you don't care if the world you live in is dirty with trash, or clean?

Knowing that I've done good for someone else is reward enough for me.
If I die and am rewarded in some sort of existence in an afterlife, great.
If I die and enter only nothingness and eternal sleep, I will be remembered for the good that I did.
You can't lose by doing good.
