For what? Do you have an Olympus DSLR? Does it have any lenses now?
The 14-42 is the least expensive lens in the Oly lineup. Even then, it costs too much. It replaced the better 14-45 as the kit lens on all models below the E1/E3.
If you don't have anything at all in this range for an Olympus DSLR, then yes, it is a good deal.

It's a great deal only if you have a camera that it will fit and that you are after a 14-42mm lens. It's somewhat specialist, are you sure this lens will fit your camera?
