Lip piercing - How long to heal? And spider bites?

I want to get my lip pierced but want to be able to take out the stud while visiting home. (So my dad doesn't kill me.) How long will it be after I get the piercing that I'll be able to take it out for a length of time? I could still wear a clearbar at night or something if needed.

ALSO... I'm thinking about getting spider bites. Would it be best to get both holes done the same day? Or wait a bit before getting the second hole?

Update:

And yes, I mean spider bites. hehe (snake bites is one piercing on each side, but with spider bites both piercings are on the same side.)

I went thrugh HELL with my lip piecring.

I had to take it out when i went to my grandpas, and it would heal upa little and i would have to regauge it.

this happened over and over again.

it depends, but I saw fully healed about 6 weeks.

also, avoid using toothpaste with flouride in them, i know its hard to find no flouride toothpaste, but if you dont you will get keloids( a hard ball of scar tissue) ( i have a keloid inside of my lip that will never go away unless though surgery.

There is a mouthwash called biotene that you should use every day after every meal. its a bit expensive (like 8 bucks) but its worth it and speeds up the processs.

and i would stick with one at first, two may be a little to much to take care of, plus the first tie you get your lip pierced, eating feels so weird.

it felt like food was falling out of my mouth.

    Healing Spider Bite

Facial piercings heal relatively quickly, however, if you need to take it out to please Pops, make sure you have left it in for at least 6 weeks, and replace with a spacer. The more you mess with it, more likely it will get infected, so be sure to use plenty of anti-bacterial soap, like Dial.

As far as getting them at the same time.. The only problem that you should be worrying about is that as soon as your piercer does the first piercing, your lip swells, if you get it further out the bigger it gets and it stays like that for a week or so. So when it comes to doing the second piercing, they won't be able to line it up and they will most likely be uneven or just downright wrong. Do what I did, and get the one for now, and go back later for the second one.

before everything i'm greatly surprised via potential of your come across, you have gotten in no way experienced suicide to your loved ones have you ever? properly it isnt a shaggy dog tale, my brother dedicated suicide 3 years interior the previous so particularly of thinking that come across is cool, you should desire to re-evaluate it, its a very extreme subject. * Off soapbox.... I actually have a physique piercing, and that i like tattooes even with the shown fact that I in my opinion come across that style of piercing on a woman to be kinda trashy gazing. try purely doing one and word the style you love it then for people who want the choice be sure on it... it is your physique.
