what should you do before you run?

what should i do before i run to.... (i have to run a mile and a half)

1.make it easier

2.I last longer

3.I don't get tired/cramps

4.I don't get sore or hurt

    Eat something with lots of healthy carbs like whole wheat pasta.

    Stretch. Not just before you run, everyday. This will help you run more effortlessly.

    Lastly; practice, practice; practice. Work, work, work. The more you run, the better you'll become. Keep pushing.

    eat a bagel or get some food in your stomach. normally before a big run people don't eat. you need your blood sugar to be higher because it gives your muscles energy. eat something. anything. not too much of course.
