Morning and night, clean your skin with Cetaphil with a wash cloth. The combination will remove any gunk of the top layer of your skin. You can use a toner such as Clean and Clear. Use a regular moisturizer with an SPF in it, I like Clean and Clear's Morning Burst Moisturizer with SPF15. At night, do that routine but instead of that moisturizer, use Cocoa Butter to even out your skin tone. Also, exfoliate your face at least once a week, I suggest St. Ive's Apricot Scrub. All these products can be found right at your nearest Target, Walmart, or any drugstore.

As for fitness and nutrition, don't eat anything you wouldn't put on your face. And exercise can definitely help your face.

My at home remedy would by to mash up 1/2 an avocado and a teaspoon of honey, This makes your face so soft.

You can also mash up some tomato and use it after you wash your face, just put it all over your face and rinse it off with cold water. This will minimize your pores.

My at home exfoliators are brown sugar or mixing a little olive oil and sugar, but if you have oily, dirty skin, stick with the brown sugar.

I hope this helps you and if you need anymore home remedies or if you have anymore questions you can contact me a BBascom02@yahoo.com or message me on AIM at bbbr00k.

Depending on how old you are, if you younger like 13 or 14, use basic face cream everyday and night (just cheap stuff) its all about moisturising the skin not bleaching it,

Don't wash your face too much, let the pores relax, maybe once a week is fine (again just cheap cleanser), and never succumb to media hype on the latest fad cream that costs $15.99.--i can't stress more that you must moisturise twice daily, you will do that for some time before you notice any difference, maybe up to between 2 to 6 months depending on the severity, NEVER give up after 1 week like so many other people do, the only thing that gets rid of spots is patience, not frustration.

if your older, i recommend the same thing as above but use strong cleanser as well every morning. if you do this everyday they will clear, it always does.

Have a healthier diet by stay away from fatty sugary foods and drinks and exfoliate your face twice a day by using a facial scrub to avoid your pore clogging up. Using a toner will also help, too.

It'd be great to get these from brands like Clean and Clear, Clearasil and Neutrogena but if you're on a budget, pick products from Boots and Superdrug's own brands. They'd almost as good as the other brands.

    Heyah :)

Dw, i have the same problem with spots.

i've recently found out that using honey on your face is great (sounds wierd i know ) put it on like a mask, it absorbs into your skin, giving you so much benefits making your skin softer helps pores, helps prevent spots...The list goes on and on, i haven't yet tried it out as im getting the ingredients tomorow :D.

Tea Tree Oil is packed full of great nutrients aswell, you can get it cheap from your nearest grocery store, or Holland and Barrat.

An alternative to normal soap, is to wash your face with Glycerine soap, again im sure any large store will sell that.

you could even try drinking Green Tea, not only does this help rejuvenate your skin, but it helps with so many other things, it releases all your toxins and makes you feel so much refreshed.

Apple Cider Vinegar, can be mixed with water ( 2 teaspoons) and drank. or can be mixed with the mask (mixing honey tea tree oil etc, shows you in the video).

If i was you i'd check out this video on you tube. This girls is A-m-a-z-i-n-g.

The video shows you how to make your very own DIY acne/scar reducing mask AND toner.

OK, well stay off the sodas & cokes for a while.

Two products that you should use are: Skin Brightening Daily Scrub by Aveeno. It works great, and it will help for your dirty pores, and will improve your skin tone. And with that, you need to get the Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer, that will help to even out your skin tone and texture. It also provides your daily skin hydration, which your skin needs. It doesn't have any oil in it, so it won't cause break outs, of any sort. Both my mother & I have been using it, and its amazing for our skin.

    Good Luck.

    Hi,

The cause of pimples is bacteria and oil trapped in the skin and tea tree oil kills bacteria you can dab a bit of tea tree oil on the infected area. It is a good idea to wash the skin first to remove any oils and dirt that might be blocking the way. Studies in Australia have proven that tea tree oil kills bacteria including Propionibacterium which is the main cause of acne.

Oil is obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It is very effective against Acne as it contains bacteria-fighting substances called Terpenes. The Terpenes either outright kill them or weaken them enough to be destroyed by protective antibodies. There are very little side effects from using Tea Tree Oil.

If you have an acne problem, search out products which contain tea tree oil for a safe solution. Although it is used as a topical solution for different types of cleaning and infections, it might be a good idea to find a tested product that will benefit your skin in other ways as well.

Also, the watery gel from Aloe Vera plant is a highly effective natural cure against Acne. The enzyme-rich gel has very soothing anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It can also be taken internally and helps clean up and detox the digestive tract. This in turn can help clear up the skin.

Gel or juice of Aloe Vera is highly useful in fading of acne scars. You can grow Aloe Vera plant in your home and apply freshly taken pure Aloe Vera gel to your scar. Otherwise many branded cosmetic companies manufactures pure Aloe Vera gel, so you can choose the best cosmetic companies to get Aloe Vera gel.

Vitamin A is also a natural and effective Acne cure. Vitamin A promotes healthy skin.

Vitamin E also helps in countering Acne. It is a natural antioxidant and beneficial for the skin.

For more information check out the website http://www.trustwilliam.com/en-GB/Ingredients/Aloe... http://www.trustwilliam.com/Personal-Hygiene-Tea-T... . You'll see the ingredients are 99.9% Pure Aloe Vera Gel with 'Vitamins A,C & E' and with 'Tea Tree'.

Hope this helps keep your acne & scars at bay!!

your skin sounds similar to how mine used to be.

the first thing is that you must drink lots of water (up to 2 litres a day) to help your skin get clearer.

for your acne, go see your doctor. my doctor prescribed me some capsule tablets called limocyclin that totally cleared up my acne.

for the large pores on your nose, get a facial sponge and dab in some hot (but not boiling) water. apply it to your nose, leave for 30 seconds, and keep rinsing and reapplying for a few minutes.

then use a scrub, such as soap and glory's 'scrub your nose in it' :

    http://www.boots.com/en/Soap-Glory-Scrub-Your-Nose...

which is especially for large pores on the nose.

and as for the dry skin, moisturise with a moisturising fluid for the daytime, and moisturise with a slightly heavier (but oil free, if you have spots) moisturiser overnight.

    hope this helps!

    good luck :)

The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to back in the day, way back in the day. If a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. Read more https://tr.im/XlXVC

This means anything we could hunt or find meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds. Sorry, the pasta, cereal, and candy will have to go! Instead, you’ll be making things like chicken stir fry and paleo spaghetti.
