Why wont my USB stick work?
I had a crash on my dell inspiron 6400 and took it for repair, came back fine, well so I thought I now cannot get my USB stick to work everytime I try to use it a message comes up go to control panel to install and configure can anyone advise on this as it never happened before the crash, just plugged it in and off we went
I dont have a CD to re install drivers the stick came with the laptop and drivers were already installed have tried to install drivers from dell website but it wont let me cos the warrenty on my machine is now out of date...tearing hair out here cos I cant find a download for the drivers thats not asking for money

Looks like your USB port software drivers are screwed up. If you have a CD that came with your laptop, try to search for USB drivers and install it.
