i'm a girl, and i'm straight. and if i see a girl with boobs popping out i'll have a glance. and she shouldn't have a problem since she's showin em for all the world to see, and is obviously not being modest about it.and probably asking for attention.

Yeah, wear more conservative clothing. Make a complaint, put them through sexual harassment training, and threaten to make them go through it again if it keeps up!

Well assuming you're covering them up, about all you can do is complain to your boss, or just try to deal with it as well as you can.

take pictures and pass them out cause you know what they say
