What exactly does stomping mean in relation to snow skiing, and how do you do it.?

I understand it has something to do with the landing and was just wondering if there's more to it then just stomping on the ground when you land...? Thanks

Stomping it is nothing more than landing your trick virtually flawless. Those that actually land and then "stomp" are incorrect and probably unloved by their parents as well.

You go off a jump and some of the time you do a trick and land perfectly, super clean and balanced, thats called stomping it. It feels so awesome, especially after a really hard trick or really big air

basically just sticking your landing real well.
