Stardust Dragon vs Royal Oppression Situation, can someone please help me?

Ok, here's the problem:

Player A Synchro summons a Stardust Dragon, then ends her turn.

Player B Sets Royal oppression and a face-down night assailant, then ends his turn.

Player A Attacks the Night Assailant.

"Night Assailant Flips using his effect to destroy stardust dragon".

"Stardust Dragon Negates the destruction effect, so it comes back".

Player A Ends turn, so Stardust Dragon comes back.

Player B Activates his face-down royal opression to destroy stardust dragon?

Question: If Player B Destroys Player A's Stardust dragon that way, does the stardust dragon ever come back? More importantly, does royal opression even work like that? I thought it did, but alot of peoples said stardust dragon comes back at the next end phase.

If "Royal Oppression's" effect is activated to negate the Special Summon of a monster, like "Cyber Dragon" or "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus", "Stardust Dragon's" effect cannot be chained because the monster being Special Summoned is not considered to be "on the field" until its Summon is successful.

Try this website and you will know how does royal oppresion works for different cards.

No. Stardust dragon will no be revived then or during any end phase. Royal oppression not only negates special summons but the effect of a card that special summons. Once it negates stardust dragon it will never come back unless it is special summon again by another card effect ex: monster reborn, call of the haunted, etc.

royal oppression negates stardusts special summon... stardust does not hit the field (therefore he cannot tribute himself to negate oppression)... he will not come back unless by his own effect (can still be reborned)...
