yea can anyone help im trying to forget something and I want to get it off my mind and it is bothering me I went on this website called deathclock.com and i dont know why i did but it tells you the date of your death and im worried now so is there anyway i can forget the image of what it said and the date that it gave me

how old are you ? in this world don't believe everything you hear that death clock is garbage I wouldn't believe that crap God put you here for a reason that is your destiny get some rest move on don't think about it anymore

The best way to forget something is to simply not think of it, but because of the particular thing you are trying to forget, you might want to look up OCD or anxiety disorders, as it is possible you could be suffering from them.

ahah thats so funny because it turns out that my uncles bestfriends younger brother is the founder and creater of that website. he has no life and its total bullshit.. so really i know for a fact that its not even close to accuracy.unless ofcourse he actually got it right for once..but thats unlikely

Try to convince yourself its totally bull. and fake (it prob is btw)
Do other things to occupy your mind, you'll forget about it in time
