Just be strong. It's all I can say. I would like to each chocolate 4,389 times a day, but I realise I would be happy with a pear and occupy my mind with something else, and not obsess over it.

Try using alternatives to crisps. I know you could still be tempted to buy crisps whilst shopping or just have that craving. I'm exactly the same. Here are some ideas that are just like crisps but a much healthier option.
- Try popcorn. Home-make it though. Use little oil and no butter or salt.
- Cook up some veggies like sweet potato, carrots or any other peelable veg. Pop them in the oven with a little oil and cook at 200c until browned.
- Try dried fruits, like apples or banana chips.
- Those healthy baked crisps that have hardly any fat content.
- Or eat doritoes or corn chips they only have seasoning on them not salt.

Davina Macoll says crisps are worse than chocolate, they really are your worst enemy if you are dieting. They are getting to you because you are hungry try and fill up on low fat foods like ricecakes and baked beans or even a bowl of cereal.

omg they are they my fav food too! i really can eat them everyday but i know its not good for my body so i just dont buy them anymore. I find if there are some at home, i will not rest til the packet is demolished! just be strong and dont buy it! dont cut yourself off from all crisps either, you have to enjoy life as well so go ahead and have them at parties, other peoples houses etc but dont go and but it yourself! goodluck, also its not really that hard to give them up, if you eat right, you may not need to snack

Switch to Walkers Baked That way you can still have your crisp fix with only 2gramms of fat and only 99 calories.
