Need some advice last year @ my child's school?
we had a problem with one of the other child's mother, she was not able to be a chaperon on the playground any longer,I am not sure if it was for the rest of the school year or permanently, well now being the first day of school there is a new principal, should I kinda fill him on on whats what or just wait to see if she is back on the playground?

Just wait and see if there's a problem, the new principal should have been informed about things like that and I'm sure other teachers and school officials are aware and have let him know about last year's issues. Depending on the nature of the problem with this parent they could give her another chance, if you are that concerned make appointment with the principal and talk about YOUR concerns- not what he should do about this parent. Keep it as unbiased as you can and don't become another problem parent just say something like, "Last year there was a lot of issues on the playground with a certain parent and she was asked not to return. I'm worried there may be the same problem this year with the same person."

strange that the principal wasn't alerted to the problem LAST YEAR. for now, just observe while you chaperone & be more timely with your concerns.

the principle should know every detail is important no matter how it seems all the members of the staff should know most of the stuff to tell .

No ,the principle should know who will come back and who wont. you can ask if he/she knows if that person will be back though.
