Have you tried signing out and then signing back in again?

And oh, you did all that and you're still having trouble?

Have you tried signing out of of everything and going offline.

Then unplugging your modem and say, wait for a minute.

Then plug it back in again, wait and sign back into everything again? It's an idea anyway :)

There's was a message on the home page recently, We are working on some updates -- you may experience some odd behaviour in the process. After updates we usually get a glitch or two until it settles down. This may well be the problem

Its taking forever to load a page and some questions are saying deleted when i click to answer

yes im having it sometimes with internet explorer so ive switched to firfox now.
