The Vampire Diaries...?

Yes, the new t.v series does leave somthing to be desired. It's not even the minor changes that make me angry, it's when they omit MAJOR characters and twist things around. For example, Meredith, a major character (really, she's not exactly trivial) was taken from the show. Mrs. Flowers as well, an important character in Nightfall, was removed.

Nightfall was a little confusing. It seemed like Smith had been reading to many japanese mangas. All the sudden we've strange asian foxes with secret key rings, and Elena has turned into some creepy flying half spirit who kisses girls! It was confusing to read and extremely dissapointing plot wise (not that I didn't love the extra Damon appearances, even if he was freaky posessed for most of the book)

I thought the new book was ok. It wasn`t amazing or anything. But I didn`t like how the book was basically about Elena being a sprit thing and getting to know someone by kissing them? That part was just weird.

All shows/movies will have differences. They will never be as good as the books. But there ok considering the parts the try to get right. I still thought it looked ok.

I want to see the preview, the last book was Ok. I want something new, its getting kind of old, But i LOVED the series anyway
