No dear that is not right at least in my case as none replied my questions who gave best answers to me.I try to follow the best opinion or options I received to choose the best answer.

Nope I give BA to the person who gives me the most thoughtful response.

If the answer is apt and suitable,helpful for you and also according to the question,then that is the answer you were looking for.Select that one as the best answer.That is the fact. :)
