DON'T LIKE THE NEW YAHOO.COM MAKEOVER?

You can easily switch back. Look at the bottom right corner where is says "About Yahoo" click "Return to Classic Yahoo.com." It is as simple as that.

If for some reason you do not see that option under About Yahoo, first try clicking refresh a few times on your browser and it should show. Also, clearing your browser's cache (temp files, cookies and history will change it back to the original yahoo home page.

HOW DO I CLEAR MY BROWSER'S CACHE

    1. Close all browser windows and open a new one.

    2. Follow the instructions on the help page for the specific browser and browser version you are using: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cach...

    3. Close that browser window and open a new browser window and your home page should now show as the original Yahoo.com.

I second that. The new one is worse than the previous. But that how things have been in the computer world starting around the beginning of 2010. That is when Facebook which had previously been a simple enjoyable site changed to something more annoying. Every 8 or 9 months Facebook keeps changing and every change is worse than before. Other apps like uttorent for example have also been updating to worse and worse programs since 2010. If you want to get the best uttorent get the one from 2009! The same goes with G-mail. G-mail was great three years ago. Then they changed it to the more muddled one of today! You tube; Just the same agenda. I liked the old youtube. This new one is stinkeroo! Yahoo is just following the leader.

If you want to return to the original homepage and Keep it, then clear the browser cache of cookies and temp files, THEN RESTART the computer, if you don't restart then it won't stay, then use this link. http://www.yahoo.com/ Also you can go to the bottom of the new page and under About Yahoo, click Return to the classic homepage, but it usually just returns to the new page shortly when doing it this way.
