is mic skills n charisma really important?

Yes it is along with ring ability. If you have two without the third you aren't going to be as enjoyable to watch. It is entertainment- that means you have to be entertaining

They are both important. However, if you have charisma you can get away with not having mic skills. A prime example is Jeff Hardy. His mic skills aren't that great but he has lots of charisma.That's why he's such a big star right now. If you have both mic skills and charisma, it's pretty much guaranteed that you are gonna be a major star... example: John Cena, Triple H, Rock, Stone Cold. If you have neither, you just aren't gonna make it... example: Paul Burchill.

In WWE, definitely. Mic skills and charisma actually matter more than in ring skills in this company. Talented wrestlers such as Jamie Noble, William Regal (although he's getting a push right now), Shelton Benjamin, etc. never really get the chance to become World Champions, although they have great athletic abilities. Since they can't get over with the crowd, they don't get that push to the main event. Jeff Hardy's popularity sky rocketed this year and he became World Champion. Batista gets huge pops whenever he comes out and he's a former World Champion. There are other wrestlers who have better wrestling skills yet they don't get the chance to become champions.

If you don't have charisma you will be like Shelton Benjimen, could be one of the best wrestlers, but put in the middle of the card. Mic Skills are important, but look at Jeff...he has none and he was WHC
