this can help you... use ' zillatube '
It will help download youtube videos and convert them to mobile video or sound format... then just transfer it to your mobile device.
It is the easiest way (and also the fastest).

Typically videos on YouTube are in FLV (Flash) format. If you're using Firefox, you can get a plugin called "Download Helper" and save the audio from the video directly from YouTube in MP3 format. Then transfer the MP3 to your phone via Bluetooth.
