Does he really want to date or is he just using me?

I was wondering if this guy is just going to use me or if he really wants a ligit relationship.

We've known each other for 2 months now. I feel like he is perfect for me right now at this age. He understands where I'm coming from when I say things. He knows he annoys me and I know I annoy him. I can tell him anything. And he has said he likes me and when I asked why he said cause there is something different about me, I'm not like most of the girls he's liked//dated.

It sounded like a line but I let it pass cause it was sweet. Its long distance though so I don't know if he is lying to me, just cause you're using a phone it doesn't speak the truth like seeing someone. We'd see each other every few weekends [or as much as I wanted or something like that] he can drive so he can come up and see me.

BUT.

sometimes when we're talking, he brings up sex and I usually don't mind but if i want a relationship with you, because I don't want us talking about sex until we are dating.I feel he'd want to see me so he can get some. And at this point in my life I'm not ready for that. He says he "really wants me."

When we first started talking there was a lot of chemistry now there is a good amount but not as much. I feel like he's changed a bit.

So what do you think he wants?

He doesn't bring up a relationship often but he'll bring up sex a little more often. He doesn't bring it up all the time just enough where I'm questioning him. But he was the person who suggested we date. He asked me what I thought about it.
