The nature of miracles: How much wine did Jesus make out of water in gallons for the wedding feast.

    Luke 2:6-8 says:

    6Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.

    7Jesus said, "Fill the jars with water"; so they filled them to the brim.

    8Then he told them, "Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet."

    So, there you go. (: Six jars, 20-30 gallons.

    proverb 31 verse 6.,7 Alcohol is for the people who are dieing ,Ephesians 5;18 do not drink wine ,it leads to debauchery ,leviticus 10 ;8 you and your sons not to drink wine ,1,Peter 5 ;8 be sober be vigilent ,because your adversary the devil ,is a roaring lion ,seeking whom he may devour Jesus knows all these thing ,he did not came to modify the laws Matthew 5 ;17,18 ,how could he make water into wine to disobey God ?from the day this happened till now liquor freely every where , incest in the bible with the help of Wine see Genesis 19

    Once again I have no clue, not a very good catholic am I, although I do read the bible ocassionally, when in need of water or to help someone who is struggling, my brother has the really big family bible, I only have both grandmas and the gideon one, one nana was a catholic and the other church of england, interesting to know the answer :)

    MYTH.

    Please, logic and common sense ask that you restrain your imagination. Don't blindly believe.

    I may believe in Zeus for example, but heck I don't believe he is a bearded guy hurling thunderbolts.
