Could these results be wrong?
For my GCSE's I got a B in AQA English Literature and I got A* in all the coursework and orals so do you think there could be a possibility that something was marked wrong? I don't want to sound like a snob but I was very disappointed in it, especially as it's my 'best' subject and I was predicted an A* ?

There is always a risk with re-marks because grades can go down as well as up. It should also be noted that very few re-marks do result in grades being changed because the exam boards have a vested interest to avoid changing grades.
Having said that, a re-mark might be appropriate in your case. Find out what the results were like for the whole centre. Also find out what your actual mark was (were you very close to the B/A boundary?)

I'd definitely check into it.
And I don't think you're a snob; grades can be very important to your future.
