Why isn't Iggy more dominant on offense?

He has amazing athleticism, one of the best finishers in the NBA, great dunks, and he plays on a not so great team, why doesn't he score 30 ppg?

One theory of mine is he just doesn't have the offensive eye to see where to get to the hole and when, what do you guys think?

He has all the tools to be a great offensive player. Aside from a great jumper (which is now decent, but poor a few years ago) he has most everything you would want from a SG, including defensive skills.

I think its all mental for him. He's a great passer and unselfish player, but he just tends to have more or a passive mindset when initiating the offense, rather than being the enforcer. This is good in some ways, but he could definitely be more productive than he currently is if he were more aggressive. Granted, he is a clutch performer, but he needs to show that killer instinct throughout the game, rather than just in the last minute.

Well, he can't score 30 PPG because he isn't THAT good yet, but I figured he should be a 25 PPG 5 RPG 5 APG type of guy... but I guess he hasn't gotten to that scoring level yet.
