If you really want to buy it and you trust the guy, you should just buy it now, but I suggest you don't buy it at all. The phone has no return policy and though his feedback is 100% that amount of things hes sold isn't enough to be trusted with a solid item. The phone could be defective, or have scraches on it. Why do you think the buy it now itself is so low?

well right now the bid price is 20$ off of the purchase price. If you want it bad enough and you really need it, just buy it now. :) I wouldn't buy it though if you don't need a phone,
