My puppy keeps shaking her head, she's been doing it for 2 hours now?

Thank you for answering, I've checked her ears, I can't see anything and they are clean. She's 6 months old. The Pet store is closed, She seems to get some comfort when I rub around them. Please could someone tell me how to help her.

Update:

She's a Husky mix.

Update 2:

Thank you both so much. The shaking has eased off a bit now and she's sleeping .I will get her to the vets in the morning.

Update 3:

I'm sorry I don't know what 'Foxtails' are, only been living in US for 4 yrs.

Update 4:

My other dog is fine, no earmites ever..

Update 5:

She's the color of wheat and has longish hair, have just checked about Foxtails, Oh My! we just moved into new house.. live in a rural area... garden needs a lot of work..I'm so worried now.. got a grass seed from between her paws the other day, got it out when she presented me with her paw.Groom her every day also, Thank you everyone for helping

Update 6:

Just want to say a "Big Thank You" to everyone that answered.

Ezmay is fine she has a Ear infection after getting soil in it while digging..

I'm going to choose Hunter's answer for best answer because I learnt something I didn't know before. We haven't foxtails in our yard But there are a lot of dogs and dog owners around and I'm going to spread the word about this danger.

    Do you have foxtails

She could have and inner ear infection or and ear ache just like we get. I would call the vet and ask what they think you should do if nothing else continue to rub her ears it will help for awhile but you will have to find out what is causing the irritation call the vet as soon as you can.

Could be an ear infection too far in to see. Take her to a vet as soon as you can to have her checked out.

Ear infection or ear mites most likely. She needs a vet, or for you to call a vet and ask what to do.
