The night before Valentines day..I asked my husband if he'd picked up some stamps on his way home..he said they were in his coat pocket..I went to get them..he stopped me me and insisted he would get them later....I thought ..it's ok..he's got me a card...anyway...I didn't get a card....should I feel suspicious about this..? I have refilled it, and they didn't hurt me ...I'm thinking that they are very hungry, I don't want to remove them, is there any way to house them ..or just keep them safe overwinter..or should I try and find a local beekeeper to have them...I'm worried because I'm going away in 2 weeks..and I know my housesitter is scared of them.

I was bitten and clawed by an Umbrella cockatoo that was out of it's cage in auto sales room.I had to go to emergency room, stitches on my upper lip, and dressing on a deep hole on my arm plus tetanus and antibiotics.(Amox Tr-K)..We filled in form for Dept of Health. ..the owners of bird did not give us any details of veterinarian, or vaccination... I have searched for vaccination requirements but just get adverts. I'm concerned because of psittacosis... I'm going to the Doctors tomorrow to have stitches removed .

Thank you for answers, the dream was about 2 hawks ( I think they were Merlin's) ..I was making coffee for my friend when I saw one of the Merlin's flying..it was attached to an orange line and could only fly a certain distance..I went out to try to help it...and found there was two of them...one was female the other male. The female was also tethered... I caught the female ( she didn't hurt me ) and took the tether off from round her neck. While I was doing this the male came screaming at me..but landed on my chest ..I tried to take his tether from round his neck but there was a second wire around also...every time I tried ..the thin wire got tighter..it was killing him. As I thinking about how to do this without harm..there was a threatening presence...coming closer ...it was the person ( a man) that had tethered the birds. I woke up then...

Moved in 6 mths ago. Ac and heat great, but have a Blaze Princess wood stove..lovely but doesn't get heat downstairs..Want air to circulate, I have this feature on thermostat..but even though followed all instructions it doesn't happen...thank you for any answers.

Thinking about all the atoms in the universe, how they cannot be destroyed, we are the products of recycling. every atom throughout the history of the Earth has been re-used to make the world today.

So, our bodies are made from atoms, atoms that could come from anywhere, anybody, any animal, anything in time.

Our thoughts are our own though..and can separate, or bring us together. Our thoughts, our beliefs....

I was really young, about 18mths old. I was sitting down and looking at my feet. I know I thought 'there's something wrong with my toes ' and I tried to tell my mother but all that came out of my mouth was babble and crying.

On each of my feet, 2 of my toes are joined together to the first joint.

I was thinking that maybe the first thought is somehow connected to a 'sense of self '.

It was many decades ago, children did not have experiences as stimulating they do now to encourage learning.

I cannot remember any thing else about my early years..they were eventful enough though..my father was in the military and I left US on a troop plane for UK...can't recall any of it...isn't it strange.

I'm a bit confused with all these labels ....

thank you to anyone answering, my husband had motor vehicle accident a year ago. He started getting pain in left hand side near rib age about 3 months later, he had severe bruising on his left leg. Now has a small protrusion that pops out when he breathes in.on same side. He's had x-rays but didn't show anything ( cracked ribs etc. ) It's not getting better, can't sleep on left side and hurts when he's driving especially when going over bumpy roads. ..
