Primal Fear. It also star Richard Gere. It's a very good movie... Or it could be Fight Club. In Fight Club Edward Norton's character also has a split personality.

Primal Fear.
This was actually his first movie. He was a student at Harvard I belive.
Great movie, great twist at the end. you should watch it.
