Your monsters are much too focused around effects and you don't have very many strong monsters either, and for the record call of the haunted is a forbidden card if you plan on playing in tournanments. Try putting in something like emes the infinity. He has 2500 atk for 2 tributes and every time he destroys a monster he gains 700 more atk. Also, you should also almost ALWAYS have more monsters then spell and traps so i recommend more creatures, especially tributes because giant rat can be used to keep a monster out on the field and your next turn you might be able to tribute with it. Also you need better defence such as the giant soldier of stone or laberinth wall. Giant rat can pull those 2 out easy.

rethink you monsters. get better effects, better theme, and stronger monsters.
