How many calories should a 19 year old 5' 1" 104lb female try to burn?

at the gym each day, in order to maintain a healthy body. not lose weight. i usually get around 30-60 min of cardio 4-5 times a week but never pay attention to calories. im lookin for a ballpark. thanks!

    Well, frankly, no calories should be burned at this rate, you are currently a little under weight for your age. Working out to maintain shape is a good idea, but if calories are what you are looking to burn, Maybe about 500 calories burned a day, that would be a steady rate. Maybe a little more.

    you are right on target if you get that much cardio every week then you don't have to worry about anything at all
