Does anyone know how to reach a real person at Sallie Mae?
I have a question about my loan that neither their website nor automated phone system can answer, and the phone system doesn't let you even ask for a real person. Thanks!

Ha ha I KNOW! It sucks! I actually DID get a real person the other day and then got disconnected due to bad reception. My recommendation is don't press zero that got me disconnected. Keep going through the options, stick with it until the automatic machine can't answer your quewstion and you will get to one.
Believe me, I"m in the same boat, but they DO have real people there. Real DUMB people I might add- can't even speak English correctly, and these are people from America! I asked this one girl what would happen if I couldn't pay my loan and she said "It don't matter." WOW! It don't?

OMG they call me every day because I am 1 month late on payments...even the collections department is a computer voice.
