Any other teenagers like shopping for clothes at Value Village?

I'm a 16 year old guy. And unlike most teenagers, I rather shop at Value Village for clothes( my parents love me so much for that).

First of all is 90% cheaper. Also, there is a very low chance that 10 other people at school will have the exact same thing as you. And they have a huge variety.

Like if you go to a shopping mall, you have to go through like 100 stores just to get maybe 10 clothing. At value village, I get like 20 pieces of clothing everytime within 1 or 2 hours.

The clothes are so nice and most of them look unworn and new.

I don't tell my friends I shop there though.

What about you?

Update:

oh, i'm not ashamed of it. I do tell my friends if they ask, what I meant was that I don't go around saying," hey guys, look at these jeans, yea, I got it from value village" But if they ask, then I don't mind telling them, I told them before anyways so they know.

You're not alone! They have A LOT of great stuff there.

When my friends asked me where I get all my awesome clothes from, I didn't mind and I told them 'bout this place.

Now we shop there every once in a while.

Lol, do we sound kinda cheap?

    Yay! Our parents love us!

Well I love shopping at the mall, and I get lots of stuff in real stores, but Value Village and other thrift stores are way more fun to shop at.

i've never heard of value village. where do you live? im guessing its like a thrift store/ second hand store right? personally i've never shopped at one before but i think its pretty cool. i hear storys aboutt finding designer stuff for next to nothing. i however dont have much luck on finding such great deals from thrift stores but i do get decent deals from stores in the mall because i wait for sales and always look in the clearance rack. oh im 16 too!

I agree! :) We don't have Value Village where I live though.

But I do shop at thrift stores, and vintage thrift stores too. I can get a ton of clothes which is awesome because I love fashion :P It also lets me be more creative because there are one of a kind items every time you go. Also, if I find something that I like but doesn't fit I just tailor it so it does.

    I'm 15.
