If you mean the ones made by Neil Cicierega, then my favourite HAS to be Wizard's Angst or Wizard Swears. Mainly because they're just so funny.
If you mean the ones made by the fan community, probably something like "Potter Puppet Pals: Deathly Outakes" or the Potter Puppet Pals Youtube Poop.
