How many gallons of 14 percent?

How many gallons of wine can I produce at home without getting a distillers license? I live in Virginia. What are the regulations?

    The federal laws say that you can make 100 gallons a year, per adult in the household, with a maximum of 200 gallons a year.

    Local laws may vary, but they usually don't.

    just to argue semantics I'm going to say your in the clear because wine isn't distilled, but honestly just check with the govt, shouldn't be a huge problem if its small enough though. they sell home brew beer and wine kits without licenses so who knows
