i am HORRIBLE at chemistry, and i can convert ANYTHING. if you could please help me understand this question (you dont even have to answer it) that would be great. (:

okay the question is:

an automobile can travel 25.5 miles on 1 gallon of gasoline. How many kilometers per liter is this? (1.61 km= 1 mile; 1 liter =1.06 quarts; 1 gallon= 4 quarts)

Ok so you have how many miles there are and how many km are in a mile so multiply that. (25.5*1.61) Then it gives you the conversion to liters. So convert the gallon to quart to liter. Now divide the km by the liters and BINGO. Good Luck
