What was your last spontaneous roadtrip?

a trip to las vegas to buy a ferret cause they are illegal in california. spent a total of about 45 mins there. no drinking no gambling. ferret ran away the next day

Sadly, when I was 19 (I am 27 now). My best friend and I decided to drive from Atlanta to New Orleans at 2:00 AM. I listened to Jeff Buckley for the first time and decided that I was going to save money so I could move to New Orleans, buy a typewriter and look interesting. I'm still in Atlanta.

Brentwood California to Fernley Nevada

My friends and I decided to go to Six Flags Great Adventure.

From Rhode Island to New Jersey.

Its about a 4 hour drive.

(the sucky part was that everyone was under 21 so we could not get a hotel room, and we forgot tent poles for the tent we brought, so we had to sleep in a car in Wawa's parking lot.. but it was worth it =] )

OK! FIRED-UP the BIKE, and RODE... MOSTLY 'WEST'.. through 'burgs' that I can't even REMEMBER, and STILL can't FIND on the MAP - - MAP-QUEST, YAHOO-MAPS! THEY don't KNOW where 'I' WAS!!!

It was AWESOME!!! "GET-OUT, and GO"!!! And, I DID! BEST PART!!! There was no 'WHERE' to GO (as in a 'destination')!!! Just WENT!!! And ENJOYED the HELL out of it!!!

Catch you a 'quick flight' to Cleveland... (Air Show is over!) I'll 'pick-you-up' at the 'airport'.. (Maybe 'AKRON' would be better - that would eliminate a lot of TRAFFIC, before 'we' get on the 'open road'!) Whatever... And, WE will be ON OUR WAY!!!

either last spring or fall break... me and my sisterss took a road trip from CA to AZ, and the driver didnt know how to drive or how to correctly get there! they were a beginner and they just got there licence.... wow! it was still fun tho ahhaha we missed the 10 freeway 32 times!! haha and kept getting on the wrong 1. talk about a ig waste of gas

May of 2007. We drove from Los Angeles, CA to Seattle, WA.

I drove to Utah to go camping with my kids because they were all going camping, and then I ended up going home and watching the dogs because the dogs were being naughty at the camp grounds. So I did not get to camp out. I was so sad. Darned old dogs anyways and they were my kids dogs not mine! My dogs were fine camping!
