Purchasing ringtone from phone?
I wanted to purchase a ringtone from my phone. When I go to the ringtone it says that it costs 2 credits. What does that mean? and once you purchase it, do you have to keep paying for it (like monthly) or once you buy it it's yours? And if you purchase it, how do they bill your account for purchasing it? And if you have to keep paying for it monthly, how much does it cost? or does it depend on who ur wireless carrier is?
Thanks(:

well the 2 credits depend on your cellphone carrier usually a ringtone costs 1.99 or depends on what type of ringtone it is. You do not have to pay a ringtone monthly, when you buy a ringtone you download it to your cellphone and stays on your cellphone. If you have a contract it will appear on your next monthly bill as download etc. If you have prepaid then you loose a certain amount of minutes to pay for the download. The only thing that is differnt about the carrier is the prices
=)
extra hint if you dont want to waste alot on ringtones, then if you have a phone memory card like an micro sd you can usually add mp3's and use them as ringtones but there are exeptions.
