Good workout to build mass on the upper body?
Hey all, school is starting up again and i'd like a good gym workout in a cycle (at the end of the day when school is over) to build mass, Mostly concentrating on arms pecks and back. Don't forget, i want to build mass, any good workout cycles? (like 3 day cycles)

M, W, & F; bench presses, standing curls (with elbows as close together as possible), quarter sit ups, and butterflys: start at a lighter weight x 12, a bit heavier x 10, heavier still x 8, and even more x 6, go down to heavier still x 8, down to a bit heavier x 10, and the starting weight x 12. Do this routine for all 4 exercises (not the same weight). eat a diet with high protien and carbohydrates and you will mass up. Good luck!
