I get that all the time, nothing happens. You should re-upload your video (it says you've deleted it) the worst they'll do is just remove your video, I have about 10 videos that say the same thing and nothings ever happened, they haven't removed the videos or anything. Unless it's owned by WMG then they just disable the video as soon as you upload it.

I got this on a cover song that I recorded, with an orchestrated backing that was created in a friends studio. I have done other cover songs acoustically and nothing happened. The studio arranged it and it was not taken from the original song by the composer. I could have duplicated my version with guitar..with beats/lead guitar etc..which a lot of musicians do, with no repercussions. It was a totally original cover version..I played the guitar..the drums/other musical parts were created on the studio equipment and the arrangement was far enough away from the original, to be different. The only common link to the third party, were the lyrics ~ but that is the same for all cover versions, so I do not understand why I got this message from YouTube. Nothing happened..but I am curious about how they came to that conclusion, unless they mean I used the property of the studio...well it was my voice, my harmonies, my guitar work..and I hovered over my friend and had a lot of input in the arrangement...or maybe, as a cover version, we are not allowed to do orchestrated versions. This also does not make sense..I have seen the latter all over YouTube!

you attempt very no longer worry-free to no longer have copyright on your movies yet you utilize copyrighted music? SMH enhancing the pitch nonetheless violates copyright regulations. you're actually not the record label. you haven't any longer any criminal rights to place up music - pitch replaced or no longer. have been you given permission from the record label to place up a changed version of their music? UH, NO You Tube is needed by using regulation to try this on your account and video. in case you choose for to maintain your you tube account, supply up committing a federal crime by using posting music

It means that you uplaoded music that belongs to a company that doesn't allow you to upload it. Meaning, you are most likely to be sued.

Basically, if you didn't make the video, don't upload it unless you obtain permission first.
