HELP!!! MOVIE TITLE HELP!!?

Alright, so....this is going to have VERY VERY little detail. I saw a trailer a long time ago (my guess is 5-9 years ago, but who knows)...and it looked like a trippy movie from the way the scenes in the movie looked. Lots of trippy stuff to look at, like the scenes in the movie were almost unreal....almost a PANS LABRYNTH feel to it, but it wasent that movie....anybody have ANY idea what it could be? Just naming any random titles that match this description would help.

This is a wild guess, but I tried to think of a film that would have unusual or bizarre images throughout:

    MirrorMask (2005)

starring Stephanie Leonidas, Gina McKee, Dora Bryan, Stephen Fry, Lenny Henry

    IMDb synopsis:

Helena, a 15-year-old girl in a family of circus entertainers, often wishes she could run off and join real life. After a fight with her parents about her future plans, her mother falls quite ill and Helena is convinced that it is all her fault. On the eve of her mother's major surgery, she dreams that she is in a strange world with two opposing queens, bizarre creatures, and masked inhabitants. All is not well in this new world - the white queen has fallen ill and can only be restored by the MirrorMask, and it's up to Helena to find it. But as her adventures continue, she begins to wonder whether she's in a dream, or something far more sinister.

It isnt 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' is it? Ive not seen the film, but apparently its seen from the perspective of the characters who are having a crazy acid trip throughout the movie. Its got Johnny Depp in it, supposed to be a realy good film, and yeh I think 5-9 years ago is around the time it was made.

Source(s): We had 2 bags of grass, 75 pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high powerd blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multicolored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers...Also a quart of tequilla, a quart of rum, a case of budweiser, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. But once that you get into a serious drug collection, not that we needed it all for the trip, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

it could have been "The Fall", it was directed by a guy who directs music videos, his most famous was REM's,"losing my religion"it had lots of fantasy stuff like that, but kept getting pushed back cause it took so long to film. filming was so long because it was filmed in 14 different countries, btw. it was only in theatures for like a week but im soooo glad i got to see it in the theature cause it was totally gorgeuose, check out the preview, it was great. 1 of my top 10

the only other thing i can think of is hellboy or hellboy two. maybe constantine, or "the cell"

heres a preview for "the fall"
