i got a cold what to do ?
i have had a cold or maybe flu since saturday night but today it has seem to got worse i have headaches from coughing so much i nearly vomited.got sore throat but the main thing i m worried about is tat i can not breath at times and at night i can not sleep cos i cant breath does anyone know what to do cos i need help now thanks

If you are sure if that cold or maybe flu, You consult immediately in the doctor, so can you know the advice of the doctor and what is you feel to your body. The doctor can give to you a RX of medicine that you take.

You obviously have swine flu so you need to stay away from all pigs and pig products. I'd even get rid of any pig stuffed animals if I were you. The bacon withdrawals will be hell, but friend, you can get through it. I know you can do it.
Also, sitting in a steamy shower/ bathroom will help you breathe, and stock up on Day/Nyquil and oranges.
