My family has lived in a bad neighborhood since i was born and i am 27. someone has scratched his car and tried to steal my car. We really would like to move but the bank told him that he has to fix this house up and sell it before he could get a loan. Contact a real estate agent who can help you maximize your exposure in the market for little money. It may be as simple as some grout and paint and a little elbow grease and clean up.
