You're exactly right. Also it might be the preservatives used in these products too. Have her try just eating and drinking products without preservatives and see if this helps too. These all use different coloring dyes also. She could be sensitive to the coloring additives. These things are in allot of products so try one at a time. She might have to eat organic fruits and veggies and just fresh meats without the coloring. Beef uses a dye to make it look red too. Have her stick to poultry, fish like tuna, and non processed foods. No cold cuts especially things like bologna and hot dogs are completely out too. She'll really need to watch her diet, but here's some ideas. Last, she might go to an allergist that can test her to see what exactly she's sensitive to.
