Salomon Simon Dumont skis?

I'm seriously considering getting the 2008 Simon Dumont skis form Salomon. I want a ski that will propel me in the park, from jumps to boxes and rails, but also a ski that will be able to handle the powder of Colorado. Any one know if these would be good skis for me? I am fairly advanced and have been skiing for about 8 years, I'm 17.

They will be incredible in the park, I am sure. Salomon skis have quite the legacy, but like the suspect, that ski is pretty specific to the groomed and park, because of the forgiveness of the ski. If you want to be able to ski the back, and be ready for a lot of conditions, try something a little sturdier. I strongly recommend K2, they make (in my opinion) the best all mountain twin tipped skis. I ride the 2008 extremes, and they are a wonder. Just sturdy enough for quirky, chunky, crud and smooth in powder. They are great fun in the park to. Good luck !
