I don't know since ABC and NBC aren't saying anything about it. More importantly - why won't Obama show us the real birth certificate???

ABC's and NBC's official position on this is that the ad is a partisan biased commercial. NBC has maintained that if the League of American Voters would put facts in the ad, then they would run it.
Now, these networks are not pro Obama. They are just against outright lies as told in that ad. First of all, the League of American Voters is an organization run by Dick Morris. Morris was an important adviser to Clinton and was fired a few days before Clinton's 1996 re election for letting a prostitute that he had hired listen in to his and the president's conversations. Ever since then he has hated the Clintons. And he just can't leave the prostitutes alone.
Second, the agencies that you see listed in the ad that are presented as giving the facts are totally Republican supported. The Wall Street Journal is owned by Rupert Murdoch, the owner of Fox Network (and MySpace and Hulu and DirecTV...the list goes on and on) which is just slightly biased toward the Republicans. The Heritage Foundation was started by activist Paul Weyrich whose was credited for creating the Reagan Doctrine.
The doctor, Mark J. Cuffe, is a Republican whose family has regularly contributed to the Republican campaigns. He's a neurosurgeon...honestly, does he really believe the stuff that he stated on that ad?
As far as the real state of health care in America...the World Health Organization ranks the United States as 34th in the world for health care. France is #1. And pays half the cost per capita than than we do in America. Canada and England are both rated above the U.S. These countries have longer lifespans and lower infant mortality rates than the U.S. People in those countries don't lose their homes and have to file bankruptcy because of medical bills.
And, last of all, everything said in the ad really is a total falsehood. What the public really needs to do is ask themselves "Why are the Republicans really trying so hard to keep this bill from happening?" It is NOT for your well being.
Let's have an honest conversation about fixing health care in America. Not a bash fest sponsored by selfish corporations with their own agendas, i.e., making more money off of the backs of Americans.

Why aren't they airing it?
Because the statements made about the health care system in Canada and the UK have both been disproved. Yes, there is waits, but not on cancer or other illnesses that are time sensitive. THAT is why - when an organization chooses to use scare tactics and lies to further their own agenda, REAL journalists and reputable companies tend to shy away from it.
They can state whatever they like, but the lies have to come out. That is the problem with the opposition - there are too many lies out there, and those against health care reform just continue to fan the flames of the lies instead of using fact to oppose it. THAT is sad to me.

Because the person (or company or religious group or political agenda party) running the ad did not pay for air time on those networks. You have to pay for ad space.

Because it's paid for by United Health Group...an HMO....and uses claims from a bogus, right wing, pro-HMO study. http://www.prwatch.org/node/8482
